Registration Includes

Registration Process
- Submit your abstract (if presenting)
- Receive acceptance confirmation (if applicable)
- Complete the registration process
- Receive official confirmation and documentation
Participants not submitting abstracts may proceed directly with registration.
Cancellation Policy
- 120+ days before event: Full refund minus administrative fee
- 90–120 days: 50% refund
- Within 90 days: No refund
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Registrations may be transferred to a future edition upon request. Refunds will be processed within 30–60 days.
